Congratulations Kristina & Michelle!!!
I would like to first congratulate my two daughters Kristina and Michelle on completing their homeschool requirements for graduation. Kristina was due to graduate this year and Michelle worked really hard to do extra to be able to complete her work so she could graduate with her sister. We are very proud of both of our girls.
We will be having the ceremony/service for them on Saturday at 2:00pm at our church. There will be speakers who will be speaking who have had the most impact on the girls' lives growing up. There will also be a song of dedication and preaching. Bro. Tim and Bro. Darrell Hayes (who was our pastor when we got saved) will both be preaching in the service. There will be lost people in the service that the girls hope to see get help from what is said in the service. We are looking for the Lord to be glorified most of all. Afterwards we will be having a reception in our home with food and fellowship.
For this reason I will not be posting until Monday. I have a lot to get ready for Saturday. There just won't be any time to do any posting or checking on posts that y'all have done. I'll catch up on Monday. Until then I pray everyone has a great weekend. Please pray for the ceremony on Saturday if you don't mind. Thank you!!

Congratulations to both of your daughters. I know they're looking forward to their big day with anticipation of closing one door and opening another, and also in hopes that their unsaved loved ones/friends will find the Lord. I am confident that HE will be well represented.
~Kristi
Wow, as soon as I seen the pictures I knew they had to be your family. They look a lot like you.
Congrats to your girls.
Congratulations to the graduates! (o:
I pray God's blessings on your lives.
Blessings,
~Mrs.B
Thank you all for your congratulations for the girls. They are very excited and very nervous at the same time. Its funny to hear them talk about the things they are nervous about...like how they will walk down the aisle to pomp and circumstance as it is being played. They do not like the spotlight being on them.
Congratulations Kristina and Michelle!! How fun to have the church ceremony and reception though I am sure it is a lot of work for Mama. I pray everything is perfect and that lost souls are reached.
I know you must be so proud. They are both such beautiful girls.
Enjoy your weekend.
Love, Lyndy
Congratulations to my fellow homeschool graduates! We are a priviledged bunch, don't you forget it!
Don't forget to thank your folks for their seflessness in this area. They must love you both very much to have taken on the responsability to educate you.
Thanks for all the good wishes, prayers, and advice. As Momma said in one of her responses, I am really nervous about walking down the isle with everyone looking at me! :)
But once again...thanks for all the comments!!
Kristina

But thank's again!!
Michelle
Congratulations!! You both are beautiful young ladies and good representatives of the Lord Jesus Christ. Walk with Him and don't ever let go of His hand. God bless you both.
Sis Julie,
Even though I have never met you or your girls in person, I am blessed to know you through this blog. It is wonderful when the spirit of a believer witnesses with the spirit of another believer. This is what is happening. You have been and continue to train them in the way they "should go" and they will not depart from that training. I also know from what I have witnessed from them through reading your blog and theirs that they also have not departed from the "way". God bless you. You are a wonderful example of a godly mother. I'm encouraged by you.
Sis Becky
sis. becky.....you brought tears to my eyes with your comment. All I know to say is Praise the Lord!! It is all Him and nothing about me. God has truly blessed us with great children who love Him and desire to live for Him. I know plenty of parents who have done how we have and their kids didn't turn out to serve Him. Thank the Lord our's have so far. I appreciate your sweet comments about this blog. It has been my desire from the beginning to be a blessing to others and nothing more. God blesses me with each one that comes to visit here at Julie's Jewels. Without y'all I probably would have given this up a long time ago. I pray God continues to bless you and others as they come by here. I love you all and thank God for each one of you.
Sis. Julie
Congratulations to Kristina and Michelle! Praise the Lord for godly parents who have raised their children in the ways of the Lord. :)
Enjoy your special weekend!
Blessings,
Mrs. C

Congrats to you both..
Oh Julie, I know you and hubby are so proud! Please tell the girls I send a big ol' hug form Florida and I do congratulate them! I didn't read this until after the ceremony, so here is trusting all went well. I know the gospel was given. Can't wait to see photos!! LOL
We did a big thing for my Josh for his graduation. It was at our church on a Sat. too. Over 40 people were seated in the choir loft, hidden behind a big curtain. Others were seated in the pews of the auditorium. He walked in and was ushered to the front of the church to sit on the platform. Then after my hubby gave the introduction and welcome, folks behind the curtain started sharing memories of their time with Josh. He was so suprised and teared up many times. I should blog about it soon. It was sort of "This Is Your Life" type thing!
Congratulations! I know your momma and daddy are very proud as well as thankful for both of you.
Keep seeking HIM! Psalm 27:8
Thank you all for all the congratulations to the girls. They are reading each one. Y'all have made things even more special for them just by caring to comment.
