I'll Be Back

I just wanted to let y'all know that I'll be back in a few days. I have several posts that are waiting to be posted...but due to a very trying situation I am just trying to re-group a bit. Our family needs your prayers desperately. I cannot post what the situation is but can only say that this situation has been more difficult and hurtful than the murder of my brother. It has knocked the wind out of us so-to-speak.

There is an update on the situation with my brother's murder though. The man who killed him was arraigned on last Friday and a tentative trial date has been set for October 6th. We don't think we'll see it happen on that date since his lawyer will probably try to file for several continuances. I'm praying that it will happen in God's timing. The man doesn't have a leg to stand on with his self-defense plea...so we are very confident that he will be found guilty of murder and arson anyway.

Thank you to all who have been praying for my family and me. It means so much!! Your prayers are being answered!! God has certainly been wonderful to us through it all. And even with this latest difficult situation....as hard as it is to go through....God is still good!!
