The Wedding Is This Week!!!

I tell you this big day (my son's wedding day) is approaching very quickly. I have a busy week ahead. Today I'm working on Jessica's veil. She couldn't find one she could afford to buy so I began looking online and found that they are fairly simple to make. So I'm making her veil with her permission. So far it is beautiful. I hope to have it finished this evening or tomorrow. Then tomorrow I'll be working on a secret project and the rest of the week will be taken up with doing Ronnie's laundry and helping him pack up his bedroom so he can move his things to their new house.

Friday evening is the rehearsal at 7:30pm and then the wedding is Saturday at 2:30pm. Nerves are beginning to kick in. But I'm just relying on the Lord to help me. Please pray for us as we do all that needs to be done to prepare for the BIG DAY!! It hasn't really sunk in yet that my son is getting married. I'm sure it will soon though!!

There will be no quiz or puzzle this week. I just don't have time to put into it this week. I hope you understand.

Have a great week!! I'll be back next week with my posting and maybe some pictures.

sis. lyndy...thank you so much!! You are so sweet!! I'm trying to enjoy everything but I'm beginning to get emotional when I think about my baby leaving...but I'm so thankful that he is in the center of God's will. My tears are not of sadness....they are tears of gladness and excitement for him. I never thought he could love anyone as much as he loves Jessica. And it brings my heart such joy to see him so happy and in love.

sis. amy....You are very welcome for the help with the gift. They loved it!! I'm sure they understand that you can't come to the wedding. But we know you'll be praying for them on that day and days to come thereafter.

What? NO PUZZLE? It's not like you're planning a wedding or anything! Oh yeah....

;)

I hope you get a pic of the veil! I'd love to see it!

Saying prayer for those kids and for y'all!

sis. kristi....Yeah....well...I'm sorry you are so disappointed about the puzzle LOL!! I'll have to see if I can get a picture of the veil. It isn't fancy at all...it is just a plain veil with a satin trim to it. But I think it is beautiful just as it is. I'm hoping that Jessica will like it.

Thank you for the prayers!! Love you!

jess....I'm so glad you love your veil. I almost cried when I got it completed. I was praying the entire time I was working on it for you that the Lord would bless you both on your wedding day and also throughout your marriage to Ronnie. I prayed that you would honor God in your life and in your marriage and that God would bless you abundantly. I prayed a lot of other things for you too...but those were the two main things I prayed for.

I love you bunches!!!
