I first want to thank each one of you who have been praying for me and my family during this difficult time. I also want to thank each of you who have taken the time to leave me a comment and the sweet and encouraging words that each of you have had to say. I thank God for each of you and am overwhelmed at the support that has come through this. I have sensed the prayers and it has been such a help to me to know that so many are praying for us....and that you care enough about me and my family to pray for us.
I can tell you that we are still going through this thing. I have cried till I can't cry anymore.
Thank you for your continued prayer for us!! I love you all!!

Mrs Julie,
We just wanted to let you know that we are praying for you all. We prayed last night at church without letting anyone know what was going on. We just have to remember that God has a reason for all of this. I can't say I understand but God has a plan for of this happening. Again we are praying if we can do anything let us know.
Bro Tim
I'm sorry to read of your troubles and I'm sure God will have His hand over what it is that His plan includes. I do have a question for you...What do you mean by deputation?
My father was a Baptist Minister and I don't recall ever hearing of this before. I'm from Beaufort, SC and have lived all over NC and SC as my father was in the Marines for 30years and retired then went into the Ministry. Thank you for any information you can give me on this.

We're praying for your family and especially your daughter. This is the time in your life that God wants to hear you praise Him. Give Him the glory in all things. Stand firm. He will bring you all out of this and your family and your daughter will be better for it.
Love you,
~Kristi
((((((((((Julie)))))))))) I'm praying for you. Love you!!
Praying <><
Hi,
Your daughter may be feeling a little left out. Since the wedding
planning and everthing else.
I felt lost and alone, after my two
sisters got married and moved away.
Maybe you could plan a trip with just her, do sometihing she would enjoy.
Praying for her, and your family.
It is tough being the baby of the
family.
My husbands niece moved in with her
boyfriend the day she turned 18.
That was a shock to all of us.
I think a trip with just her would
be good for her.
Mrs. Jennifer
I am so sorry to hear about this. When I was sixteen years old, I told my parents that I didn't want anything to do with God or God's Will. Today I am praying and longing for the day that God might allow me to serve him either as a pastor or missionary once I finish my enlistment in the Army. My point is this, keep praying and I know that God can work things out in your daughter's heart just as God worked it out in my heart. I will pray as well. God bless you folks.
Dear Sister,
I've just recently found your Blog and have been so blessed! I will be praying for you and your daughter and your whole family. Lean heavily on Him.
~Terri
I will be praying for her and for you and your family..
((((Sis Julie)))) I *was* that daughter, so rebelious, but even though I did sooooo many things out of the will of God, my parents had managed to instill "the fear of the LORD" in me. While I did many things I'm not proud of, there were certain things I just wouldn't do for fear of God's rather remember ~Pro 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. ~ God is so merciful and he has brought me to a place of service and submission that I can't explain because I am so undeserving. I know my parents spent many days and nights weeping for me. But I can now tell you that they ~3Jo 1:4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. ~ I'll be praying for the situation.
Dear Sister Julie!
I guess I missed your post about changing ministries. I went back and read about it today. I will be praying for you and your husband that God will give you wisdom in dealing with your daughter. You have done a great job with your kids and the Lord will come through. Even so, you may be in for a time of fiery trials. I know that God will give Pastor Brown the wisdom he needs and give you the grace that you need. Just follow your man and let God take care of your family.
Please give my best to your girls. They were such a blessing to my Eileen.
Love in Christ,
Rhonda
nancy...Deputation is what missionaries do to get support for their ministry. Since my husband won't be pastoring anymore we won't have a salary from the church and he can't stay home and work a job because the ministry that he will be involved with will require him to be in the prisons many times a week. We cannot survive on a part-time salary nor can we expect our church that we will belong to to provide us an income to survive on. So missionaries go to different churches and let them know what God has called them to do and those churches pray about whether they would like to help support that ministry. It will take many churches supporting us for small amounts to get enough for us to live. I too will be involved in the ministry in taking care of my husband and I'll be helping the director of the ministry's wife grade lessons that prisoners send in and such like that. The prisoners will be given Bible lessons to do and when they complete the series of lessons they will receive a certificate from what I understand.
mrs. jennifer...I might be inclined to believe that is the problem but she tried to leave the home a month ago before we began planning the wedding. In fact....it was before any of us knew when the wedding to be. It is a lot more than that. But thank you for your suggestion. I had thought that at first until I realized the timing of the first time she tried to leave.
Thank for your prayers!!
Continuing to pray a hedge of protection over your family. Keep trusting Jesus! :)
I'm praying too....
((Sis. Julie)) ~ Continuing to pray.
Sis Julie, I'm so very sorry...praying....
Sis Julie,
I am praying for your family every day...
now that I understand the way
deputation works.. I understand the uncertainty ( by the human stand point) of what you will be doing.. God will take care of you...
but the uncertainty of it all probably frightens your daughter..
and in her mind it is so unfair to her...I pray for her that God will help her to understand that this is His will...and you need to follow his calling...
and He has something special in mind for her also through all this..
{{Hugs and continued prayer}}

Sis Julie,
You know I am praying for all of you.
Love, Lyndy
Oh Julie! I am crying with you, as I read this and your last post. We stand with you and are praying for you and your family!
Love you much...
Oh, how hard...and heartbreaking for all of you. I am praying for your hearts to be hedged about with His grace and love....lifting you up in prayer.
I am so sorry for whatever it is you are going through...you are and will be in my prayers!!!
Oh Julie, sweetie, I haven't been on this past week and hardly any last week. I feel so bad that I wasn't aware you were going through something so dark. I could have been praying for you as well. You are certainly on my prayer list now though. Keep that chin up and try to apply Philippians 4:8&9.
Love to you.
