We're Staying Longer....

Well....after an 11:30 pm...yes that's right....30 minutes before midnight we went to the doctor appointment....my SIL was seen and she has a full-blown sinus infection. They gave her two antibiotics and some pain meds. She was told if she is no better by Tuesday to come back to the doctor. So I've prayed about it and talked to my husband and he agrees that we should stay until Monday morning to make sure she is definitely better. This way she will get three full days of antibiotics in her to be able to work if they are going to work. And I don't want to travel on Sunday and miss church for the evening service. If we were to leave after the morning service at Catina's church then we would miss our afternoon service at our church. So we will stay and go to church at her church both services. That way if she is no better by Sunday night we will stay longer if need be. Plus as of Monday or Tuesday I will not be able physically to travel...so then we would be here till Friday.

Thank you for praying for her....she is some better but not a lot. She is having a lot of dizziness and popping in her ears. I'm just glad that the pain is some better for her. Wednesday night was horrible for her. She was in so much pain. I had to keep hot compresses on her face to help with the pain and pressure and she got no sleep that night at all.

Also...I've only had one person comment with their answers for the puzzle this week. I still plan on posting those answers. I will be able to do it tomorrow morning now that I won't be traveling. So be sure to get your answers and leave me a comment on this post with your list of answers. If you've never played before....go here to read he rules to play by. At this point there is no competition. The one who has played will of course be the winner.

I'm so sorry to hear how miserable your sister-in-law has been feeling. We will continue to pray for her and for you all also that you don't get sick and are also able to travel well if the Lord leads to leave on Monday. It is such a blessing for your sil that you and Kristina are able to stay with her.

pamelak...thank you so much for your prayers. The blessing is getting to be here to spend time with my SIL and my niece. We have had a blast with Madison and I enjoy being able to help with whatever I can for my SIL. God has truly been good and blessed me this week. It is always a blessing to be able to be a blessing.

mrs. b....the antibiotics are working okay...she was just so bad that it is taking a bit longer to get her to feeling even a little better. We're staying till about Friday or so now.

sis. cindy...thank you....she has thanked us so many times it isn't even funny. It has been a joy being here and helping her. We are getting a lot of time with my niece too...so we are glad of that too.

I'm glad she's on her meds. Sinus infections can become very serious if not taken care of. I know she feels blessed to have y'all there helping her with the children so that she can give her body the rest it desperately needs.
