What A Blessing!!!

So how was y'all's Thanksgiving Day? Ours was great!!! We got the privilege to have Sis. Rhonda and her family with us for the holiday. They came in on Wednesday afternoon and had supper with us and then were in our service that evening. They were such a blessing. Her husband Bro. Neil presented their burden for the Lord in their work in Chile and Sis. Rhonda...her daughter Eileen and her momma Sis. Jody sang a beautiful song. They stayed with us Wednesday night and spent Thanksgiving with us and our family for the day and evening.

I can't tell you what a blessing it was to get to meet this godly and dear family. Sis. Rhonda and I hit it off right off the bat so to speak. They all have a heart for the Lord and a love for Him that you don't see a lot these days in the lives of Christians. I'm thankful they chose (or rather God led them) to spend the past couple of days with us.

They left out early this morning to go do a little shopping with tons of other people (they have never experienced the "Day after Thanksgiving shopping fiasco" before). So I'm sure they were in for a real treat...LOL!! We hope and pray we will be able to take a mission trip to Chile sometime in the future as the Lord wills.

That is two bloggers I've had the honor and privilege to meet in person. The first was Sis. Nikki who lived in North Carolina. I was there visiting my sister-in-law and Sis. Nikki lived in the same town as her so we got the chance to meet and I went to church with her and spent the day with her. I'm praying that God would allow me to meet more of you if the opportunity arises for me to.

Thank you Sis. Rhonda for allowing us the opportunity to meet you and your family!! We love y'all and can't wait to see y'all again!!

DON'T FORGET to try the game of "How Many Words Can You Find". The deadline is Friday night at midnight. I'll be announcing the winner on Saturday!! Have fun!!

We had a great thanksgiving. It was different because I believe it is the first time that we haven't been in Georgia at Thanksgiving. We had a good time with the people from our church. We really have some great people. God truly has blessed us beyond measure in the church he has placed us in. I am so glad to hear you all had a great Thanksgiving. I am glad you got to this missionary family. HOw much would it cost to take a missions trip to Chile. Thanks for calling yesterday it meant alot hope you have a great day. We have another dinner at someone elses house tonight. Have a great day.

bro. tim...I'm so glad y'all had a great Thanksgiving. Its also so glad to hear that God has blessed y'all like He has there!!

Bro. Neil and Sis. Rhonda said it depends on the time of year you travel there. It costs $1400 round trip this time of year. But sometimes it gets as low as $700...but like I said...it depends on the time of year. So it would definitely have to be God's will to go. If it is He will provide every penny needed!! So we are just going to pray and trust Him for it!!

Love y'all!!
