John 15:7 "If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will and it shall be done unto you."
We all have keys that we carry with us. We have house keys, car keys and other various kinds of keys. But if you are a child f God you have another key that you carry with you everywhere you go. God has given each of His children a key in the matter of prayer. The Lord wants us to take advantage of all the good things He has available for us. James says in James 4:2 "...ye have not, because ye ask not." The key of prayer will open the door to God's blessing and benefits...to any child of God who will take the key and use it. Wisdom is promised...peace of mind is available...provision of various needs in the spiritual, physical, financial, social, mental, emotional, domestic and personal areas of our lives is ready for the asking. Jeremiah said "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not." (Jeremiah 33:3)
So...you have the key...are you using that key or is it the least used key you have? We should be wearing the key of prayer out.

A wonderful reminder!!! We do have the key to all the heavenly blessings God wants to pour upon us. I love the mutuality of this verse. God wants us to abide in him, and vice versa... he talks to us (through his Word) and we talk to him through prayer. :~)
Prayer is such a privilege and blessing but I think it tends to be one of our under utilized resources!
Great post!
