Mr. & Mrs. Ronnie _________

The wedding is over....the bride and groom are on their way to Gatlinburg, TN and my feet are killing me!!!

Thank you so much to everyone who prayed for us today. The wedding was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Jessica looked beautiful and Ronnie was the most handsome I've ever seen him. I couldn't say anything before now...but originally he wasn't going to be able to get his white tux that Jessica wanted him to wear due to financial issues getting it. But we all prayed and God blessed....he wore a white tux and looked GREAT in it. I will have LOTS of pictures to share on Monday....so stay tuned.

Please pray for Ronnie and Jessica while they are away that they will have a great time and that they will make it home safely come Wednesday.

I'm tired as is Jessica's momma and daddy but we are so thankful that they are married and beginning this new life together.

Oh, Sis Julie! I was praying about that white tux right into the last half hour before the wedding because I didn't know how or when God was working! Isn't He wonderful!!! Thanks so much for updating and looking forward to seeing pictures when you are recovered!!!

sis. karen....I had to post something when we got home. I knew so many would be checking back. I would get some sleep if I could just wind down. I'm still pretty keyed up I think. I think I'll rest when they call to say they made it to their destination. They said they'd call both sets of parents when they got in....so once I get that call...I'll go to bed!! LOL!!

sis. pamela....THANK YOU SO MUCH for praying about that tux. I've known for a week that Ronnie was getting the tux but I couldn't say anything because it was a surprise for Jessica. She had no idea he was getting it. As far as she knew he was wearing a black suit like the other men. But God provided and Ronnie was able to surprise her with it. She was very surprised!!! They looked so good together in their white. And knowing what that white stood for made it even more special. Thank you again for praying about that...God heard you and answered that prayer!!

Mrs Julie,

I am so thankful that the Lord allowed us to be at the wedding. The thrill as they stood there touching for he first time at the altar I really felt the presence of God at the wedding. It is a blessing to know that something that started almost two years ago finally ended in a wonderful service and celebration. I believe there is no doubt that God was glorified yesterday, and I know everyone gives God the glory. I look forward to seeing what God can do with that young couple th maturity level of both over the last several months was amazing. We will be praying for them.

bro. tim....It meant sooooo much that y'all could be here for the wedding. It was a sacrifice on yours and so many people's part to be there. We were so thankful to see all that came. God was definitely glorified in all that was said and done yesterday. It was a true blessing standing up there and witnessing God in Ronnie and Jessica's lives being manifested!!

Sis. Julie, thanks for updating us! I, too, was praying for you all throughout the day yesterday as the Lord led. Interesting that they went to Gatlinburg for their honeymoon. Our Andrew and Jessica went there for their honeymoon as well - they got back late last night and were in church this morning. Andrew still had the BIG grin on his face that he had throughout the wedding and after last Saturday. These guys just can't stop grinning their joy in the beautiful wives the Lord has given them, can they?! Can't wait to see your pictures! Juanita (from Xanga)
