I Thought These Posted But They Didn't

I wonder what he is saying here?

I don't think they liked the taste of the punch...what do you think?

Oh Julie the pictures are just beautiful, I am sitting here crying as I look at them. What a story these two will have to tell their children and grandchildren one day.

With God’s hand on this everything came together just beautifully. The church looked lovely. I love the idea of a money tree, what a neat thing. Also, loved the Krispy Kreme cake, I had wondered how that would turn out and it looked great.

You also did a wonderful job on the veil it was just beautiful. You looked just beautiful too. All of the pictures were just beautiful. Jessica sure favors her mom and your girls favor you too.

I am sure it is strange for you to see them touching but I bet every time you see them for quite sometime there will be lots of hugs and handholding going on. (lol)

The idea of the scrapbook with the godly advice is just priceless and was such a wonderful idea. Something she can pass on to her own children one day.

I could go on and on but the bottom line is you and your hubby did great Sis Julie and you have every reason to just be so very proud. You didn’t loose a son you gained a daughter-in-love and that is also a blessing.

Thanks so much for sharing this special day.

Love you, Lyndy

PS Guess what Julie you are a mother-in-law. (lol)

sis. lyndy...Thank you so much for your sweet comments.

Everything did come together just beautifully. Jessica's momma worked very hard as did the lady who decorated the church. She is starting her own business of decorating for weddings and such. So if you know of anyone who needs a decorator and wedding coordinator...I highly recommend her.

The veil did turn out very pretty. It was exactly what she wanted and I didn't even know it. She certainly does favor her sister and her momma. I know that Kristina favors me A LOT....but I'm not sure about Michelle...thank you for saying she does though.

It is very strange seeing Ronnie and Jessica touching...but it fills my heart with such joy to know that Jessica is Ronnie's first girlfriend and he had the honor of marrying that lady. I'm looking forward to lots of kisses and hand holding from those two. And I'm looking even more forward to the grandbabies they are going to give us!!

The scrapbook did turn out beautifully. I can't take the credit for the idea although I had been praying about something I could do for her for her marriage that would be special to her from me. I didn't come up with the idea but God know who to use to suggest it and that it would be just what she would appreciate.

My husband are very proud of Ronnie and Jessica but we also realize it wasn't anything we did. It was all the Lord and what He did for them and in them and through them. They have a wonderful testimony in their courtship and look for them to have a wonderful testimony for Him in their marriage as well.

I know I didn't lose a son....and I am so thankful for the wife He gave Ronnie and the daughter-in-law He gave us. She loves the Lord and she loves our son very much.

I'm glad you enjoyed viewing the pictures and thank you for praying for them and also for praying for me.

It is hard to believe I am a momma-in-law. I pray I can be the kind of momma-in-law that will glorify the Lord and be of help to her as well.

Oh, Julie ~ Thank you so much for sharing this precious day with us. What wonderful pictures. They so captured the heart of the day.

I love the sweetness of Ronnie and Jessica giving each other a private letter for the day. Jessica is beautiful; her dress is lovely; the veil and tiara suit her delicate features perfectly. Ronnie is handsome in his tux. The moms and dads look *well-pleased* with their son and daughter. The church looks so pretty all decked out. And everyone is smiling and looks giddy with joy!

All in all ~ it looks like a day that glorified Christ!

Hugs to you as you savor the memories of the wedding and showers, and come down from the excitement of Saturday and the feverish pace of preparation. May you have a restful and relaxing week! :o)

sis. jodi...Thank you so much!! I do plan to take today and just relax until tonight when Jessica's mom and I are going to their house to unpack the last boxes for them so they don't have to come home from their honeymoon and do anything but enjoy one another. We won't get it where Jessica wants it I'm sure...but at least the unpacking will be done.

Amazing pictures. All of them!! What a special time in their lives. Everything and everyone looked stunning! God was glorified through this ceremony -- I can tell that through the pictures and the posts you and Jessica have done. Fantastic!

Julie these are just beautiful. God was glorified here!!! It warms my heart when I see a young Christian couple handle courtship and marriage in a way that honors God who created the beautiful institution of marriage.

Let us all pray for the other young people today who claim Christ verbally but dishonor Him in their relationships. I am saddened regularly by how often this is done. It is almost common place now even among young people who call themselves Christians.

Praise God for your son and his beautiful bride!!!

Hi Sis. Julie,
You don't know me but I've been reading and keeping up with Jessica and Ronnie's story for about 6-7 months now. I truly wish I could have come to GA to be at their wedding...I thought surely I'd see smile from ear to ear on both of them but it looks as though Jessica is smiling enough for both of them. Your son is very handsome, he looks tired, I guess. I don't know either of them in person, so it's hard to tell. The pictures are so beautiful and both of them look lovely. I love the white tux and knew that God would provide for Ronnie to wear it. I hope they're having a nice time in Gatlinburg. I'm anxious to see what Jessica has to write about as a wife now and not just a young girl. Christ prevails! Nancy
