She Says...Thank You!!

Psalm 40:1 "I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry."

I wanted to post and give an update on my SIL. She is doing some better. It is not because she has rested. She is the type of person who cannot stay idle for long. She is very independent....and has had to be without her husband at home to help her. Since we have been here....she has still cooked supper last night and breakfast this morning. She still gets up and gets what her daughter wants when she ask for it. We offer to do it for her....but she is stubborn that way. So it isn't that she is getting any more rest (as of yet) to help her feel better.

I have told her that there are a lot of people praying for her this week. Our church is praying....our family is praying...and my blogging friends are praying. She said "Thank you...their prayers must be working because I feel some better." I say praise the Lord!!! So...PLEASE continue to pray for her and us too that we won't get sick when we go home from here.

Thank you for praying for her and her little girl. What a blessing to see God working!!!

sis. mimi...thank you so much for those prayers!! I definitely need those prayers not to get sick. The last time I was here and Kristina was with me....Kristina was sick and we went home only for me to end up sick with bronchitis. I can only pray that doesn't happen this time with my SIL in sick.

What a blessing for you and your daughter to go and help your sis-in-law. I am thankful to hear she is doing better. I will be praying that as she recovers she will allow others to help her--I can very much relate to her stubborness and it drives my family crazy. : ( But with all the health issues I've had this year, I've *had* to let go and allow the Lord to use others to help. It's been very humbling!

I'll be praying too--that neither you or your daughter gets sick.

Blessings!

VERY IMPORTANT!
