Galatians 6:7 "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap."
When a farmer plants his seeds he can expect to harvest fruit from what he plants. The fruit that is reaped at harvest time depends on the kind of seed that is sown. Seed of corn will reap corn...seed of beans will reap beans...etc. The same is true in the life of a Christian. The seed we sow will produce at harvest time as well. If we sow good seed then we'll reap good fruit and blessings. If we sow evil seed then we'll reap evil fruit and negative consequences.
There are many that are sowing evil seed and continue to do so because they haven't seen the negative reaping yet. One can rest assured that God takes notice of that and harvest time will come eventually.
Then there are those who are serving God faithfully and are sowing that good seed yet they think God is not pleased with their efforts because they haven't seen the positive results they hoped to see. Just be patient...harvest time is coming. We need to remember to remain faithful. God says that our labor is "not in vain in the Lord" (I Corinthians 15:58). "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." (Galatians 6:9) Harvest time will come in God's time. There is no way to escape the harvest of seeds we've sown in our lives. We need to be sowing the good seeds and leave the results up to God.
So whether you're sowing good seed or evil seed...harvest is coming and you will reap. God sees and knows and you will reap....either negative consequences or God's blessings.

this is a good reminder for us to stop looking for the results in our time...
but rather depend on God to know when the time for reaping is due.
So many times we get inpatient when we have spoken to someone about Christ and they just don't seem to "get it", but we may not even get to see the results of our sowing... someone else may be the one who finishes the harvest... and they may be the one to experience the final blessing of seeing that person come to Christ ! However God knows and our labor was "not in vein"

Amen, Sis Julie! To reap the blessings of the Lord is never a disappointment. However, it's always a disappointment to reap spoiled fruit. And Satan's fruit always has worms!
